The heaters are often identified as high temperature critical equipment, needing continuous attention. Most of the time, the heaters are not operating at their original design conditions. Sometimes you will encounter problems like high tube skin temperatures, high excess air operation, or positive pressure in your fired heaters. If you do not have time or need help of professional troubleshooter, let us know. We can concentrate on your problems and identify the root cause using our hands on practical experience.

Field survey is the first step towards troubleshooting and revamping of fired heaters. Furnace Improvements conducts a heater survey using portable instruments and analyzers.
